五个开放式厨房的现场料理不断提供最新烹饪的美食,这里有最新鲜的西式沙拉和中式凉菜;现煮“世袭拉面”、热腾小笼包、新鲜意大利面;鲜嫩爽口的寿司及刺身;各种海鲜、蔬菜以及肉类的多样炒菜选择;口感滋润的铁板A级鹅肝、牛排;各类中西蒸食美味;甜蜜的蛋糕甜品等。厨师根据要求为客人配切烧腊烤鸭,现场切片意大利火腿,新鲜意大利风味比萨香气四溢,法式煎饼和原味华夫热气腾腾,甜美芬芳。除了西式料理,更有中式点心,虾、蟹以及生蚝等海鲜。那边厨师正利索地打开生蚝,剔透乳白的蚝肉上淋上几滴柠檬汁,让人满口都是大海的清新自然;还有琳琅满目的奇趣甜品、现制的水果奶昔、多款新鲜果汁。除了美食和美酒,餐厅还设有充满玩具、游戏和其他娱乐项目的儿童乐园,实为儿童的欢乐天地。

Celebrate Easter with sumptuous spreads and fun-filled activities for the children at The Ritz-Carlton, Shenzhen on April 4. The special designed Easter egg coloring contest will keep the children entertained throughout the afternoon. Each kid will receive one home-made chocolate egg.
Begin the celebration with an Easter Brunch featuring a lavish international seafood selection, hot and cold dishes, roasts and delectable desserts. A host of live action stations complete with double shell oyster, mussel, king crab leg, lobster and shrimp. A selection of pastas and sautéed scallops with puff pastry will enhance the dining experience. Some of the highlights include terpanyaki foie gras, traditional favorites such as lemon praline pyramid, orange mascarpone cheese cake, pistachio raspberry cake and Guanaja cream with passion fruit gelee.
