美国出入境：I-94表格填写模板

入境美國的外籍旅客都必須在下機前填寫兩份表格 ，一份是I-94表格(I-94 Form)，一份是美國海關申報表(Custom Declaration)。I-94表格非常重要，這是美國移民局認可您合法進入美國的證明，同時在到期之前，也能證明您沒有在美國逾期非法居留。此表格只是一張小白卡通常會由美國移民官訂在旅客的護照上，等準備離開美國出境時，再由航空公司人員收回，交給移民局，建立您出入美國國境的紀錄，不然將來有可能被美國拒絕入境。不需要 I-94 Form 的外籍人士，以加拿大人為主。一般而言，加拿大公民進出美國不需要 I-94 Form ，墨西哥持越境卡每日進入美國工作的人員也不需要 I-94 Form，另外多次進出的非移民簽證持有人也不需要 I-94 Form。

假如把 I-94 Form丟掉或損壞了，要向美國移民局申請補發。有意要在美國延期停留，改變原有非移民簽證等，都一定要有 I-94 Form，如果入境時沒有發給 I-94 Form 則應該向移民局申請補發。以防萬一，入境美國後，記得馬上把I-94表格影印一份，包括正反面，然後和其它重要證件一起妥善保存。
