2008年11月17日，Dido的全新专辑正式发行，新专辑的名字叫做《Safe Trip Home》。封面颇具科幻味：蓝色的星球，密布着寂静感，那个缓缓着陆的宇航员即将安全抵达。他们常说，漂泊的人会在Dido的歌声中重获温暖。
我很喜欢这张和之前比较并没有进步的专辑，但是这个调子就是dido的。对，温暖的歌声，非常easy的表达。真诚得货真价实，就像专辑中那首《Grafton
（唱片封面中的宇航员照片拍摄于1984年。当时的宇航员布鲁斯·麦克坎德雷斯二世(Bruce McCandless II)正在执行STS 41-B任务。他在喷气动力载人机动装置帮助下，走出“挑战者”号航天飞机舱门进行太空行走，行走距离超过300英尺(约合91米)。这是在环地轨道进行的第一次不系绳太空行走。
