IF I LEAVE是电视剧明成皇后的宣传MV，在MV中的这个一直保护明成皇后的男护卫形象，是电视剧中的对明成一直忠心保护的护卫洪启熏的美化（加入爱情因素），至于真正历史上有没有这个人物，我们无从得知。MV中扮演护卫的是郑俊浩，一个很有实力的韩国帅哥明星。
