赵朴初（行书）《慈联中学五十周年纪念献词轴》

1937年“上海市慈善团体联合救灾会”成立，赵朴初任常务委员。1939年12月“慈联会”主办了收容战争难童上学的“慈联中学”。此轴即为慈联中学创办五十周年纪念所书献词,笔力雄健,诗风慷慨,时年83岁。

The Shanghai Charity Union (in pinyin, Cilian) was

established in 1937, and Zhao Puchu served as a member of its executive committee. In December 1939, the Union founded the Cilian Middle School for warphans.This impassioned poem, which Zhao wrote at the age of

eighty-three, was a dedication to the 50th anniversary of the Cilian Middle School.His calligraphy exhibited a good strength of brushwork.
