传世佳作《Suicide is painless》 Lady And Bird

這是一部反戰影片，導演用黑色幽默和寫實手法，表達了對美國政府發動越戰的反感，和對人性自由的讚揚。並沒有看過這部影片，也不了解影片中何處情節會出現如此哀怨的音樂。但這首歌的委婉旋律搭配憂鬱的歌詞，實在很傷感很絕望。誘人自盡的魅力，大概在Gloomy Sunday之上。
近來看到不少人喜歡這首歌曲，或許應該歸功於Keren Ann和Bardi Johannson的組合Lady & Bird的流行。他們在同名專輯中翻唱了這首歌曲。
在Lady & Bird之前，也有其他歌手翻唱過這首歌。
