方大同--美妙夜晚（Wonderful Tonight）

 It's late in the evening,                                                                     已经很晚了，

She's wondering what clothes to wear.              她还在为穿什么衣服发愁。
She 2)puts on her make-up                          她画上了精致的妆容，
And 3)brushes her long blonde hair.                梳理那金色的长发。
And then she asks me, "Do I look all right?"       然后她问我，我看起来怎么样？
And I say, "Yes, you look wonderful tonight."      我说，你今晚看起来美极了。

We go to a party                                   我们去参加一个派对。
And 4)everyone turns to see                        所有人的目光都转向
This beautiful lady that's walking around with me. 走在我身边的这位漂亮女士。
And then she asks me, "Do you feel all right?"     然后她问我，你感觉还好吧？
And I say, "Yes, I feel wonderful tonight."        我说，我今晚感觉好极了。

I feel wonderful because I see                     感觉很美妙因为我看见了
The 5)love light in your eyes.                     你眼中闪烁的爱意。
And the wonder of it all                           奇怪的是，
Is that you just don't 6)realize                   你却没有意识到，
How much I love you.                               我有多爱你。

It's time to go home now                           该回家了，
And 7)I've got an aching head,                     我的头也很疼。
So I give her the car keys                         我递给她车钥匙，
And she 8)helps me to bed.                         她扶我上床休息。
And then I tell her, as I turn out the light,      关灯的时候我对她说，
I say, "My darling, you were wonderful tonight.    亲爱的，你今晚美极了。
Oh my darling, you were wonderful tonight."        噢，亲爱的，你今晚美极了。
