圣诞金曲 《天使歌唱在高天》

    世界上没有哪个节日像圣诞节有这样多的歌。据考，有记载的圣诞歌曲以及与圣诞沾边的民歌、颂歌、诗词歌赋不下千首。然而能像常青树一样长盛不衰、朗朗上口的歌却“屈指可数”——音乐史学家威廉·史迪威是国际公认的研究圣诞歌曲的专家，他所认定的“屈指可数”也有五十多首之多。《天使歌唱在高天》（Angels we have heard on high）就是其中的翘楚之一。

这是一首经典的基督教赞美诗，一首经典的圣诞节歌曲，年年有圣诞节，年年圣诞树上都会有小天使在“高天”歌唱。《圣经》启示录5章13节中写道：我又听见在天上、地上、地底下、沧海里和天地间一切所有被造之物，都说：但愿颂赞、尊贵、荣耀、权势都归给坐宝座的和羔羊，直到永永远远。

    出生在意大利托斯卡尼的安德烈·波切利被称为“第四大男高音”，他在古典歌剧中奔放着最激动人心的嗓音，在大众音乐界也颇负盛名。1992年，他因参与录制帕瓦洛蒂的金曲专辑而初扬其名，渐渐声名鹊起，嗣后的世界巡唱，更引起国际性广泛关注。那以后至今的数年间，他那动人的歌声一直飘荡在世界歌坛的上空……

              

      被誉为“美国合唱音乐之父”的指挥家罗伯特•肖(Robert Shaw)，是20世纪世界乐坛上有影响的人物之一，也是美国合唱历史的重要人物，他于1999年逝世，享年82岁。他的生命足迹走过一世纪，带动美国的合唱发展长达50年之久，只要是合唱人，都知道罗伯特•肖；只要是合唱教育者，都尊敬他、感谢他，因为他在合唱艺术的努力，造福了无数的合唱热爱者！罗伯特•肖一生献身于合唱工作，共荣获14枚格莱美奖; 被美国全国作曲家和指挥家协会评为"美国最伟大的合唱指挥"。
